Dr. Michelle Ehrlich’s lab focuses on mouse models of disease, including Alzheimer’s disease. Along with her longtime collaborator Dr. Sam Gandy, she investigates how an enzyme concentrated in microglia regulates amyloidosis, the formation of tau tangles and behaviors in a mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease.
