Teresa Gomez-Isla investigates the neurobiology of normal aging, Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Her clinical research focuses on cognitively intact individuals of all ages to search for molecular mechanisms responsible for individual vulnerability or resilience against Alzheimer’s disease.
