LISA GENOVA
Best-selling author Lisa Genova may be best known for her book Still Alice, the story of a women with early onset Alzheimer’s disease. The book was on the New York Times bestseller list for 59 weeks, and was made into an Academy Award winning film starring Julianne Moore.
Lisa graduated with a PH.D. in neuroscience from Harvard University. She has spent her time and energy speaking passionately to audiences around the country about the importance of increasing research of Alzheimer’s disease. Her dedication to the effort has been of great benefit to Cure Alzheimer’s Fund and we are fortunate to have Lisa as our friend.
